Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah sikap dan motivasi kader berbeda dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu. Kondisi ini berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan Posyandu.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan sikap dan motivasi kader terhadap kinerja kader posyandu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Talun Kabupaten Blitar.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan crosssectional. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh kader posyandu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Talun Kabupaten Blitar, berjumlah 246 kader dengan menggunakan teknik propotionate random sampling diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 153 responden. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan kuesioner yang hasilnya dianalisa dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan sikap dan motivasi dengan kinerja secara simultan ditunjukkan oleh nilai F. Besarnya nilai F hasil perhitungan adalah 2.531 dengan P-Value 0,00 pada α = 0,05. Karena P-Value < α maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yaitu ada Hubungan sikap dan motivasi dengan kinerja kader posyandu. Sikap (X1) dan motivasi (X2) memberikan pengaruh kepada kinerja (Y) sebesar 97,1% sedangkan 2,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor diluar motivasi dan sikap.
Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan sikap dan motivasi dengan kinerja kader posyandu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan untuk selalu memberikan pelatihan guna membangkitkan motivasi kader dan mendorong kader untuk selalu bersikap positif. Bagi kader disarankan untuk selalu menjaga sikap, motivasi dan kinerjanya dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu karena ketiga hal tersbut akan membawa kader pada pemenuhan aktualisasi diri

Background of this research was the different of posyandu cadre attitude and motivation on posyandu process would impact on the posyandu service quality.
Objective of this research was determining the correlation attitude and motivation with the Posyandu cadre performance in The Talun Public Health Service Regency of Blitar.
Method of this research was correlation research with cross sectional approach. The population was all cadre in The Territory of Talun Public Health Service Regency of Blitar, amount 246 cadre. The sampling technique was proportionate random sampling to get 153 respondents. The variable instruments were questioner. The Data analysis method was multiple linear regressions.
Result of this research there was correlation attitude and motivation with the Posyandu cadre performance simultaneously was determined by calculated F with 0,00 P-Value less than α = 0,05, its mean there was correlation attitude and motivation with the Posyandu cadre performance in The Talun Public Health Service Regency of Blitar. The correlation strength was determining R square was 97,1%, its mean he attitude (X1) and motivation (X2) has influence toward the Posyandu cadre performance by 97,1% and the rest 2,9% was influenced by another factors.
Conclussion of this research there was correlation attitude and motivation with the Posyandu cadre performance in The Talun Public Health Service Regency of Blitar. Base on those results it was suggested to the Regency Health Authority to improve the cadre training for generates the cadre motivation and push the cadre in positive attitude. The cadres were suggested for keeping their attitude, motivation and performance on Posyandu process, because those three factors were also as the factors of cadre self actualization.
