Keberhasilan belajar peserta didik sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal
Faktor internal mencakup factor fisiologi dan psikologi . Sedangkan faktor kstrnal mencakup faktorlingku
ngan dan instrumental . Tesis ini memfokuskan kajian pada faktor lingkungan yang berupa sarana pendidi
kan dan faktor pskologi yang berupa motivasi belajar siswa . Sarana pendidikan dan motivasi belajar
siswa diduga terdapat hubungan persepsi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa khususnya bidang studi
Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas X1 SMK Negeri Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1). mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang sarana pendidikan terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas X1 SMK Negeri Kadema
Kabupaten Blitar . (2 ) mengetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang sarana pendidikan terhadap
motivasi belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris SMK Negeri Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar . ( 3 ) me
ngetahui hubungan persepsi siswa tentang motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa
Inggris SMK Negeri Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X1 SMK Negeri Kademangan Kabupaten
Blitar yang berjumlah 350 siswa , dan sampel dalam penelitian ini 106 siswa yang ditetapkan dengan tek
nik proportional random sampling . Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode angket dan
dokumentasi . Instrumen untuk mengukur sarana pendidkan adalah angket , dan instrument untuk meng
ukur motivasi belajar siswa adalah angket yang berisi butir indikator, sedangkan data prestasi siswa di
peroleh dari dokumen yang dimiliki guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris SMK Negeri Kademangan
Kabupaten Blitar .

Data yang terkumpul diuji dan dianalisis dengan rumus regresi yang penghitungannya diban
tu program komputer SPSS Versi 11.00 berdasar kan hasil analisis dari program tersbut diketahui bahwa dari 106 responden rata- rata sarana pendidikan 3,41 dengan kualtas sedang , rata- rata motiva
si siswa 3,86 dengan kulitas tinggi dan rata- rata prestasi belajar nya 7, 66 dengan kualitas tinggi .

Secara umum bisa disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan sarana pendidikan dengan motvasi dan prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri Kademangan Kecamatan Kademangan
Kabupaten Blitar .

The correlation between students’ perception on educational means as well as on students’ learning motivation and their learning achievement in English subject of Class X1 of the Vocational Senior Secondary School of Kademangan District of Blitar Regency. The learning success of learning participants is much influenced by internal and external factors. The internal factor includes physiological and psychological aspects. Meanwhile, the external factor includes environmental and instrumental aspects. This thesis focuses the study on the environmental factor which comes in the form of educational means and psychological factor which comes in the form of students’ learning motivation. Educational means and students’ learning motivation are presumed to have perceptional correlation with students’ learning achievement, particularly in the English subject, of Class X1’s students of the Kademangan State Vocational Senior Secondary School in Blitar Regency.
This research is aimed at: (1) finding out the correlation between students’ perception on educational means and their learning achievement in the English subject of Class X1 of the Kademangan State Vocational Senior Secondary School in Blitar Regency, (2) finding out the correlation between students’ perception on educational means and their motivation to learn the English subject in the Kademangan State Vocational Senior Secondary School in Blitar Regency, (3) finding out the correlation between students’ perception on learning motivation and their learning achievement in the English subject of the Kademangan State Vocational Senior Secondary School in Blitar Regency.
The population in this research is the students of Class X1 of the Kademangan State Vocational Senior Secondary School of Blitar Regency who are 350 students in number and there are 106 students who are determined as samples through proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique is in use of questionnaire and documentation methods. The instrument to measure the educational means is questionnaire and the instrument to measure students’ learning motivation is questionnaire which contains indicator items, while the data of students’ achievement are obtained from the documents owned by the English teacher of the Kademangan State Vocational Senior Secondary School in Blitar Regency.
The collected data are tested and analyzed by using the regression formula of which calculation is aided by the SPSS computer program of Version 11.00. On the basis of analysis output aided by such a program, out of 106 respondents on average they give the Index of 3.41 - which is of medium quality as to the educational means, 3.86 - which is of high quality as to the students’ learning motivation, and 7.66 – which is of high quality as to the learning achievement.
Generally, it can be concluded that there is significant correlation between educational means along with students’ learning motivation and students’ learning achievement at the Kademangan State Vocational Senior Secondary School in Blitar Regency.
