Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi, terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (2) Pengaruh sikap ilmiah, terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (3) Pengaruh aktivitas belajar, terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (4) Interaksi antara model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi dengan sikap ilmiah, terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (5) Interaksi antara model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi dengan aktivitas siswa, terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (6) Interaksi antara sikap ilmiah dan aktivitas belajar siswa, terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (7) Interaksi model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi, sikap ilmiah dan aktivitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasinya siswa kelas X SMA 3 Muhammadiyah Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2010/2011, sebanyak 3 kelas. Sampel diambil dengan teknik cluster random sampling sejumlah 2 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data prestasi belajar kognitif menggunakan metode tes, sedangkan sikap ilmiah, aktivitas belajar dan prestasi belajar afektif menggunakan metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis variansi tiga jalan dengan sel tak sama.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) Terdapat Pengaruh model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh sikap ilmiah, (3) Terdapat pengaruh aktivitas belajar, (4) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi dengan sikap ilmiah, (5) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi dengan aktivitas, (6) Terdapat interaksi antara sikap ilmiah dan aktivitas belajar siswa, (7) Tidak terdapat interaksi model pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) menggunakan media laboratorium dan media animasi, sikap ilmiah dan aktivitas belajar siswa.

The objectives of this research were to know: (1) the effect of the use STAD model learning through Laboratorium and Animation Media, toward students’ achievements, (2) The effect of student’s scientific attitude , toward students’ achievements, (3) the effect of students’ learning activities, toward students’ achievements, (4) the interaction between STAD model learning through Laboratorium and Animation Media with scientific attitude toward student’s achievement, (5) the interaction between STAD model learning through Laboratorium and Animation Media with students’ learning activities, toward student’s achievement, (6) interaction between scientific attitude and learning activities, toward student’s achievement, (7) interaction among learning model, scientific attitude and learning activities, toward students’ achievements
This research used experimental method. The population was all students of grade X, SMA 3 Muhammadiyah Surakarta tahun pelajaran 2010/2011, consisted of 3 classes. The sample was taken using cluster random sampling consisted of two classes. The data was collected using test method for student cognitive achievement, and questionnaire for student’s scientific attitude, learning activities and student affective achievement. The technique of analysis data used three ways analysis of variance (ANAVA) with unequal cell.
The conclusion were: (1) there was an effect of STAD model learning through Laboratorium and Animation Media over viewed from student’s scientific attitude and learning activities to chemistry student achievement, Laboratorium Media was better than Animation Media (2) there was no effect of student’s scientific attitude. (3) there was an effect of student’s learning activities (4) there was no interaction between STAD model learning through Laboratorium and Animation Media and scientific attitude, (5) there was an interaction between STAD model learning through Laboratorium and Animation Media and students’ learning activities, (6) there was an interaction between scientific attitude and students’ learning activities, (7) there was no interaction among STAD model learning through Laboratorium and Animation Media with scientific attitude and student’s learning activities, toward students acheivements.
