Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor kehidupan yang sangat penting. Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan berperan penting dalam proses pendidikan karena mengandung nilai-nilai luhur yang perlu ditanamkan dalam diri peserta didik sedini mungkin. Dalam pembelajaran di sekolah siswa hanya menghapalkan materi pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan untuk memenuhi syarat ujian saja karena pelajaran ini sering kali dianggap sulit dipelajari dan hanya berupa teori saja. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mendorong kreativitas siswa. Di samping itu prestasi belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan membangun sikap positif mereka terhadap norma hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kreativitas dan sikap terhadap norma hukum dengan prestasi belajar HAM di SMP Negeri Jenar Kabupaten Sragen.
Penelitian berbentuk studi deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jenar Kabupaten Sragen tahun pelajaran 2012/2013. Dari populasi sebanyak 288 siswa diambil 60 siswa sebagai sampel penelitian secara acak terstrata. Variabel independen meliputi kreativitas dan sikap terhadap norma hukum. Keduanya diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert. Variabel dependen adalah prestasi belajar HAM yang diukur dengan menggunakan tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi linier sederhana dan regresi linier ganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada hubungan positif antara kreativitas dengan prestasi belajar HAM, (2) ada hubungan positif antara sikap terhadap norma hukum dengan prestasi belajar HAM, dan (3) ada hubungan positif antara kreativitas dan sikap terhadap norma hukum secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar HAM di SMP Negeri Jenar Kabupaten Sragen.

Education is one of very important factors which supports life. Civic Education learning plays an important role in education process since it contains noble values which have to be owned by students as early as possible. At school students learn Civic Education by memorizing its material only for exam, they regard it as a difficult lesson and merely a batch of theory. Some efforts has been done to encourage students’ creativity. In addition, students’ learning achievement can be improved by building their positive attitude towards rule of law. This research is aimed to investigate relationship between creativity, attitude towards rule of law, and learning achievement of Human Rights Lesson among students of State-Owned Junior High School at District Jenar, Sragen Regency.
Research was performed as a descriptive correlational study. The research population was grade students of State-Owned Junior High School at District Jenar, Sragen Regency, academic year 2012/2013. From a population of 288 students, a sample of 60 students was selected using stratified random sampling. Independent variables consist of creativity and attitude towards rule of law. Both were measured using Likert scaled questionaires. Dependent variable is learning achievement of Human Rights Lesson which was measured using a multiple choice test. Data were analyzed using simple linear correlation and multiple linear regression.
Research results show that: (1) there is positive relationship between creativity and learning achievement of Human Rights Lesson, (2) there is positive relationship between attitude towards rule of law and learning achievement of Human Rights Lesson, and (3) there is positive relationship simultaneously between creativity, attitude towards rule of law, and learning achievement of Human Rights Lesson among students of State-Owned Junior High School at District Jenar, Sragen Regency.
