I took part Erasmus+ Mobility Programme for 3 months in Leipzig University, one of the world’s oldest university and the second oldest university in Germany, located in Leipzig, Saxony State Germany. This programme allowed me to improve my laboratory work by doing some research under supervision one of the world’s best professor in inorganic chemistry. Their facilities such as high technology instruments and unlimited publication access also gave great support. This programme was very interesting not only because I can improve my laboratory skill but also I can experiences different learning and teaching practices, improve my foreign language skill and built up a personal/professional network and teamwork skill. Lived abroad and met new people gain knowledge of different cultures, made me become more tolerant in diversity, open minded and more aware to current issues in the world also I developed adaptability skill. After improved my skill I could become more capable of taking over work task with high responsibility and professionalism also develop an idea and express it creatively. By attending this programme, I hoped that I could advance my career for a better job and traineeship.
